No he is not. 41 years old and too damn much common sense. I have a family and responsibilities. I don't even know how steroid guys get life insurance. They probably can't. The whole thing to me is ludicrous. Not my thing man- just not my thing.I'm not -I repeat I am not -going to be lying in a hospital bed with my wife looking at me watching me die of liver cancer or some other stupid thing these guys get just because I wanted to have bigger arms. The arms god gave me are fine.

I just wanna get this out there. YOU ARE FUCKING AWESOME. You're my body building idol because you strive to help anyone who asks you anything, you're extra nice, you know your shit more than 95% of personal bs trainers out there although I've never tried working out with a trainer because why would I do that when I can learn and do it on my own? your build is NATURAL, and to top it off, you care about ppl's health (intros for every vid). Just liked your page on fb, loving it! not McDonald's

Man, I just want to say that i friggin love you. I've been working out for soooooo long without any results on my back until just now. I tried with some dumbells i had at home, doing some lat rows, did exactly as you showed me, and for the first time IN MY LIFE (!), I actually felt my lats working. I'm sore now, and I'm like fucking crying because I thought I had worked my front so much in the past, that they would dominate the lats, making them near impossible to workout. THANK YOU

Thanks Vic for all the videos and all the small tips that make difference , it works and I even go to beginners in the gym( those who are too embarrassed or shy to ask any of the gym bunnies about the proper form of exercises ) and tell them those tips and I feel awesome when they say it works with them , thanks to you.!

I eat 3 meals and two small snacks of fruit and yogurt. I generally eat same quantity daily. I don't eat high protein and only consume about 2200 calories. Mostly brown rice, squash, brussels sprouts, lentils and brown rice. I eat two nice portions of steamed chicken daily and some dairy and fruit. Maybe 70carbs- complex and simple 7 fat and 23 protein.
