@110815 Okay, what I meant was I lacked the strength to do it also the bulk of a pack.. I have seen pictures of new Russian Army equipment - I presume that is what you are talking about - and it would be quit the challenge but a lot more manageable than with, say, an big old ALICE pack.

@colddrake80 they use packs integrated with the body armor so for them it works with full euqipment

Well, this one does keep you low so that may keep you out of the line of fire. I can't see myself being able to do this one with a pack on or even a messenger bag.

this is good for movement UNDER cover and/or concealment as well.

I like this style will this technique work with a ak-47 & bizon to? I only trained in FMA, i wouldnt mind practing fma and systema
