Why they turn this game to the puzzle game? why they change the format?? i think NES version is more fun. graphic doesnt make the gameplay.

I love the original Wrecking Crew game!
This seems like a dumb sequel.

I really wish somebody would create a translation patch for this fun game. Its really sad that Ive played through most of it not understanding any of the story :(

For those who dont know you gotta hold X for more bricks to come in, but if held too long t's suicide!

I'm guesing that this was a Japan only release.

It's ok to try something new with the sequel, the original game was fun, there was no need to remake it. But this game fails as a puzzle game itself. Once you cleared the screen panels keep coming one at a time, and you just have to wait: that's boring! Also upcoming panels are bricked and have to be hit once to be revailed. That's stupid! It would be the same if in puzzle bubble every bubble was hidden until you hit it with another one!

@Neofcon Yeah, you're right. Many times they make a good game that's different from the previous in the series, but people dislike it just because is different. A prime example is Zelda II.
Actually I'm ok with a puzzle sequel, it's an interesting idea, but the only thing I was complaining about is saying that the original Wrecking Crew "looks like ass"...
Also I actually don't like how the 98 game works too much, because incoming panels are bricked and have to be hit once before using them.
WTF... Are u saying?? The original Wrecking Crew is awesome!! (well, maybe just "nice" actually) Many people were disappointed that they changed it to a puzzle game!! So many consider the 98 version the worst.

@KombatGod Diversion of any kind is considered "worst".
So I really don't give a damn.

@0oo0oo0oo0oo0ooo Look up ZSNES recording. It's an external file but it works wonders.
