Who is Responsible for a Child

This video shows how Casey Anthony is guilty even if there were no smell, no chloroform, no bags, no duct tape and more because she is the mother that has responsibility for the life of the child, not her father, not her mother, not her brother or anyone else. Caylee's death is her fault. Her lack of normal maternal care killed this child.

Again, I believe CA is guilty. This video is horrible because it plainly states that a mother is guilty if anything happens to her child, solely because she is the mother. That's just plain wrong.

@mzjamiedawn Jamie, that is just the facts of life. The whole problem with this trial is that we have a dead body and no one is responsible. THAT IS WRONG! In an interview with Dr. Phil even the grandfather, Mr. Anthony, said that Casey is responsible.  If a mother is not responsible then who is? The Florida DCF said the same thing. HOW CAN THAT BE WRONG? Now if there are mitigating circumstances that absolve the mother, so be it. CASEY HAD NONE! SHE IS GUILTY. EVERYONE KNOWS IT.

(25) But to them that rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them. (Most people love someone that will speak out against Casey's evil and rebuke what she did)

@FiSRe - I agree 100% with your views and THANK YOU for speaking on my, and thousands of others', behalf. I have followed this online from the UK and the jury did not meet their legal obligation. They misunderstood what "Reasonable Doubt" means; they kept saying they had no cause of death, yet this is NOT REQUIRED to find someone guilty of murder (Scott Peterson to name just one murder conviction). Casey had a moral responsibility towards Caylee, and so did that dumb jury.

I didnt watch the Scott Peterson trial, but I watched this trial-EVERY SINGLE DAY. What mother has a child missing for even ONE HOUR without freaking out-for help in finding it!! There are accidents-drownings,over-doses­,car accidents, etc. People who have these heart-breaking accidents call 4help. You don't find a child floating in pool, AND NOT REMOVE IT, SCREAMING 4HELP!! Even if my own mother took one of my kids, &didnt return him/her when she was sappossed too, you CALL SOMEONE FOR HELP!!!

@cassapollard That's not what this video says. It says the mother is responsible, period. Jaycee's mother allowed her to walk to the bus stop, so according to this video, she is responsible. Doesn't matter if she reported it. She's the mother, so she's responsible. That's why this video is absurd.

@combatvetlawstudent THERE YOU GO AGAIN DECIDING A CASE ON THEORY. Theories are not evidence. The evidence showed that the baby was with her mother after being at home and then leaving. The evidence does not show the father or mother making any call regarding an accidental drowning. WHO IS SO BRAIN DEAD THAT THEY WOULD LIE TO THE POLICE AFTER AN ACCIDENTAL DROWNING. No it was murder. The Grand Jury indictment was because they thought she was covering up a crime with no evidence at the time

@nonnaof4 Right. One juror who was interviewed by People Magazine said that after he looked at the evidence he now would have voted differently. I THOUGHT THAT IS WHY THE JURY WAS DELIBERATING. WASN'T IT TO LOOK AT THE EVIDENCE AND DECIDE. It is, as you said, obvious that they did not look at ANY EVIDENCE. They decided the case based purely upon the defense theory and hearsay. THEY FAILED MISERABLY AND LET A MURDERER WALK FREE.

And i totally agree I watched the scott peterson trial too. They had more evidence against CA then they did scott and too bad CA wasnt tried in california she'd be right along side of him on death row.
