@chris4071000 Not really, the AW109 comes with skids as optional equip. Wheels are good because they make it easier to move the ship around on the ground. Also, in flight retractable gear lowers the drag. And of course it's a lot easier to taxi on airports using wheels. This type of helicopter carries some 12 people which makes it more a passenger transporter than is your average robbie (or as350, 206 etc).
