This piece by Filipino composer Buenaventura could very well have been in the Impressionist Era as it seems to me as heavily influenced by the style of impressionism and Claude Debussy. It is an interesting piece and I like the way Enzo plays it. Hope you agree.
Thanks for listening and watching.
I thought it was an amazing piece! And you played it so well, Enzo!

Very Debussy-an; yet it has its own character that brings an exquisite lyrical beauty. Buenaventura's piece is well thought out and it explores impressionists colors in yellow, blue, red and its intermingling of them. Enzo understand this difficult piece very well, and brings to it a passion, effervescence, solace (even in the rests) that makes this opus alive. His use of the pedal brings sonority and richness. I am placing this video among my favorites. Thanks for sharing!

Brilliant as ever! I wasn't too keen on the piece itself I must admit, it doesn't do anything for me musically, but the sheer brilliance of the playing is what keeps me hooked!! I'd LOVE to see Enzo and George Li perform a duet!! I know they are, or used to be good friends but could this ever be arranged Stephen?
