Oh o.k, it looked like something else. I don't think I'll be getting paint shop anytime soon. The best way I've found is to test the animation in game (by best I mean cheapest :))

I use Paint Shop Pro 6 for all my pixely things. It also came with Animation Shop, so I use that to make sure my sprites animate alright.

I'm in the same boat. I limit my games to 1-2 players. Are you using gimp for animation? I've not seen it been done like that

I think it turned out alright. It's decently polished, but I haven't really had a chance to play it with four people.
