The 2008 version of Salida Cross Country established new levels of success that could have only been dreamt about in the past. Make no mistake, however, that this season happened by accident or was a fluke. Both the men's and women's teams have been on the rise and expect to run at an even higher standard when 2009 rolls around.

I think this was really a cool video...but it still doesn't capture the magic us parents felt from the amazing races at State! Way to go team! not from Bethany but her DAD!!!!

KBear and Sara-nice job this season. To all the Salida runners, congrats on a fine year and a great showing at state! Coach Wilcox, are you sure you can't come back to Iowa?
