  • It's chasing its beak.

  • That little guy is so cute! Flamingos always make me laugh.

  • I saw an elefant do somthing like this in a zoo.. The poor creatures loses their minds in there. Gotta face ugly little kids each day pointing at them and not being able to move free, you cant blame them for losing their minds.. I hate zoos..

  • i saw one on tv do that, the guy said they do that to pad the ground down/makes the water spin (i THINK he said to get food)

  • Sad...

  • LOL, Love the flamingo and feel sad that it has lost its mind. Oh, and they don't only have one leg... they're sleeping. Just so ya know. K?

  • This behavior looks like stereotypic behavior, which is repetitive behavior caused by the stress and frustration of confinement. It is the same as when tigers or lions pace or elephants sway or rock back & forth. Often you will see people in asylums rocking, it is the same thing. When confinement conditions are too stressful they check out as a coping mechanism. They have gone crazy.

  • As much as I know about flamingos, I have no idea what this bird is doing whatsoever
