Christmas in Bethlehem 2000 Yrs Ago

When I think of Christmas I get warm feelings, reflecting back on Christmas in my life. We see all of the decorations, and lights and food and gifts and celebrating! That's today but what was it like 2000 years ago? When "GOD THE WORD" left his throne in glory to come to Earth and become a Man he could have entered the world through pomp and ceremony. Joh 1:1-2 NLT "In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. (2) He existed in the beginning with God." Joh 1:14 NLT "So the Word became human and made His home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen His glory, the glory of the Father's one and only Son." (THE WORD OF GOD became a Human Being) was born into the world in a makeshift stable wrapped in strips of cloth and placed in a feed trough!!! HE came to Save Us, GLORY TO GOD, HE came to save us!!!

January 2, 2011. When we see Nativity Scenes and see all of the Christmas Decorations we get a warm cozy feeling. Christmas is a Beautiful Season!
