This is a running dialogue on the DNA industry with it's fraudulant claims of accuracy with no verifiable studies to prove, lack of regulatory bodies and the concealment of all of these facts by the judicial systems and the DNA industry in order for them to continue status quo unchallenged.

  • Dna testing is unregulated, unstandardized, and has no actual known error rate. They claim it is one in a million billion etc, but there are no actual studies done to prove this. The courts have allowed this crap into court, with no protection at all for the public. It seems the police run the dna industry. They literally produce their own evidence. Better hope they like you. Look up the katryn troyer study from arizona. Chance of false match not at all what is claimed.

  • One of many problems wth DNA evidence is if the wrong sample is tested, deliberately or accidentally, no error or contamination shows. Ethical scientists cant detect an error. There are many other ways DNA can be falsified to give a false negative, or more rarely positive. Despite the findings of Judge Morling, Chamberlain case, Courts think police/ police scientists dont falsify "scientific" and "expert" evidence , ignoring contradictions. They make more money from injustice? Ding Ding

  • Judges are very naive in Aust too. Even though fathers murder kids rather than pay child support, they "think?" they don't corrupt insiders to switch samples All the evidence points to it happening at GeneTech, covered up by Red Cross and Vic Inst of Science whose scientis lied on oath. The whole case, which dragged through the courts for 12 years highlights the cruel, dismal ignorance of Judges about DNA as evidence - as do many cases in Aus. See Shane Davis case also. Patricia Farnell

  • The coverup of serious problems with DNA evidence is global. It resembles the Thalidomide debacle Governments and pharmaceutical companies covered up for years. In the DNA blog Washington Post, dozens of women saying a DNA paternity test was negative yet the child tested looks like the father. The reason cases where an opposing (positive) result is rarely in the media is the labs pay hush money. - you fund injustice and when a DNA test is false the criminals go free.Wake up

  • I have been getting letters from the lawyers for these criminals, it seems they don't like my posting the truth about the dna system and the courts. Too bad for them. I will continue to speak about this, because it IS the truth, and that is not going to be taken from me.

  • Rick Wong is Sarahs father, Dr David Hoar of Vancouver General Hospital helped him with the hiding of the truth, Sheila Butt, his assistant falsifiied all the draw dates. Mairoon Khan is claimed to have drawn the samples, she wasn't even there. Justice Russell ignored this and ruled in their favor without me there to speak at all. Justice Dillon rudely yelled obsenities at me and refused to let me speak even with my being there. Justice Grist, just agreed with everything they said. Shame!!!

  • How about the WHO and CDC sending live virus to other countries. How about the false flag murders of 911 victims. How about JFK murder seen on Zapruder film by driver and coverup! Your problem in context to the all is just part and parcel of the WHOLE. Apathy is lethal. We as a whole (earth humans) have allowed the worst of worst to rule us. Yes, your case is sad as are the rest. If all people fought like you we wouldnt be in this mess.

  • wild, who would haved guessed

  • thanks for all the info

  • I will have an update to this site shortly. I just went to court again, they agree that dna testing is circumstancial evidence, don't care if it is not supported by anything else. I have been banned from going to court ever again with this issue, How's that for democracy and the right to access justice. More to follow.
