Rockers don't like to be video'd during sound checks, probably just woke up, not in a good mood, no makeup, "it" ain't on yet, etc etc....hard to accept for some people...if you're a star you should deal politely and professionally with your fansat all times! I've seen the best and the worst, and let me tell you, the worst can really suck and it don't matter how much talent they have!

@Welshbluesman You spelled his name wrong, it's DEREK ...and DEREK DID point to the camera. He has the white guitar around his neck when he points. DEREK also "primped" for the lights after he took the guitar off.

DEREK is playing the WHITE guitar, (around the 1:43 mark) long black hair, no ponytail, black suit / coat and says "Mark" "video camera." Then DEREK has back turned to camera in the black coat until film ends. Known him for years.

First off, that guy pointing at the camera wasn't Derrick, the guy primping for the lights was. This is wrong to post this video and give DSH a bad rap. He is a very gracious person to the fans. You should be very ashamed to have put this up. In fact, Shame on You. Shame.

Man your right I didnt mean to disrespect Derek !!!! I was taping Richrath's sound-check (with permission) just before that! I took the camera out of the club till Derek preformed, made everyone happy! St. Holmes kicked ass that night! I then got my camera and filmed Gary kickin some more ass! Rock on Brother!!!!!

I'm not tryin to give anyone a bad rap!! DSH was great that night!!! He's a great singer!!!!!! I was just sayin he was pissed about the video camera!! They wouldn't go on stage till I took the camera to my car!! Look real close cuz the guy pointing is DSH!! I know because after I Shut off the camera he raised hell with his people about it!! Then I walked to the back of the club & filmed all the priming & settin the lights!!! Sorry didn't mean any disrespect anyone!!!!!
