Pontiac G6 Max Speed

Cruisin then decided to Punch it to the max. Slow climb but it is the 4 banger. Rev cut off right after 110mph. Of course i had my bass blaring.

All G6's are limited based on their tires. You can look up speed ratings on tires online. The ones with the premium tire packages have higher limits. With the limiter removed the top speed of a 2.4 G6 with a 6 speed is a little over 130 mph.

@thrasherjoshua Thanks for the info! I guess removing the limiter to gain 20 MPH isn't really worth it. Maybe if I had the 3.9L GXP and tracked it all the time. ha

My 06 G6 GTP with a 3.9 tops at a dead nuts 115mph. It hits the Governer.
