I suggest you buy a Miele. They're the best built washing machines around. They last forever. They're 10 times better built than servis.

What wrong with it??? Better idea should try used Claydon tabets including trick of repairs or probably call them repair for recovery possible anyway.

Oh it's real alright. 40C wash. That's not steam but smoke. If it had been left unattended It could have burnt the house down.
