He sucks air in quickly through his teeth at the same time closing his lips rapidly. hes just impersonating backwards talk which is quite simple. however at the same time genius.

No, I don't think other people could do Will's material as effectively as he does. He's a really great actor. Check out how he catches variations in speech pattern and body language.
