Are you sure you got the same car ? Because versions with smaller engines has 4-speed automatic. 5.7 always comes with 5-speed automatic transmission.

Gotta hold down your steering wheel compass button with the music button (bottom right button on left side and bottom left button on right side) for about ten seconds, make sure you press and hold them at the same exact time or it wont work... then you can cycle thru the extra screens with the up and down arrows.
