soi 8 really is a hovel, best suited for retired football hooligans. The girls are also the pits - I'll stick to walking street where at least there's some reasonable eye-candy.
Btw owning beer bars really is a mugs game, best suited for retired looking for a hobby, the ambitionless and the clueless.
