Originally from Canada and very well known in North America thanks to her blog, "Busurleweb", Aurélia Filion is a young energetic, tell-it-like-is woman. She challenges accepted ways of doing things in the wine world and has striven to simplify wine tasting. Every week, she presents a video of wines to discover. Her bywords are sharing, pleasure, and emotions. Far from the dictates of the label, she puts a premium on taste, authenticity, the influence of the terroir and the wine maker and unlike many wine tasters, the wine's weaknesses! What is her goal? "I want to change the wine world, one bottle at a time."
