http://www.TripleThreatMuscle.com/ Performed on the two inch diameter rope this turns a normal isolation movement (triceps extensions) into a full body movement which will hit your abs as hard as your triceps, while also improving your grip which makes it a great "bang for your buck" exercise. Be sure to squeeze your glutes and brace your abs throughout the set.
