The Ever Spinning Otter

It's about an otter that spins around in a circle.

After my last video, which was a bit cryptic and more-or-less a downer, I decided to push this side project I'd left on the back burner up to the next to be completed. A silly little tale of an otter who lives at the Animal Kingdom at Disney World. When I first saw the little creature spinning about in a circle, I couldn't help but film him, knowing that at some point in the future I'd find a fun and interesting way to share him with the world. I honestly don't even know if it's a girl or a boy.
