@Gootch82 The ones in uniform have already graduated basic training, they are now back at the unit to help train the kids that havent shipped out yet.

@redtib2003 Sad to say I agree. The Army cadre in BCT needs to put some more effort into dnc or something. Kinda of embarrassing if u ask me. When I went through army basic there wasnt enough attention to DNC IMO.

Yes, i know these guys wont be able to drill well at all bc they arent in basic yet but even when they are taught how to drill it still looks nasty. People say "Watch the recruits in Marine boot camp drill" is bc we have a certain way we drill. Marines spend countless hours drilling at boot camp. Dont believe me? Watch a 3rd phase platoon of Marine recruits and watch a Blue Phase platoon of Army privates drill (yea they arent called recruits).

Someone should tell that Drill Sergeant they did away with Pistol Belts and just wear the campaign hat in 2005.
