  • Bring this guy back! The M's could use him next season...

  • man he was so good and wasnt tht big...shows size doesnt matter. i love his oldskool hustle/run im the 1st baseline after a walk..u NEVER knwo if the throw back to the picthers gona go over is head, anything can happen so always hustle even during a routine fly ball..you never know

  • Man thats my team all the new guys on the team I get confused but this is angels baseball I was 11 when they won David is awesome I cried for a week when he was traded...

  • best shortstop in angels history!

  • I have this theory that Eckstein's ability to draw walks is why he hit so many grand slams early in his career, but so few home runs. The pitcher can't get fancy with the bases loaded because he doesn't want to walk in a run so he throws a dud to Eckstein and Eckstein clobbers it. Once the pitchers realized it happened a lot, they were more cautious because a walk is better than giving up a grand slam.

  • Scrappy walk!
