who shall save the human race?????

@shairaptor I think Bob Marley meant it as a metaphor for technology in general. But nuclear energy is probably our best bet for the short term, yet people are stuck in this cold war mindset and imagine Chernobyl happening for every one we build. If we powered the world with nuke plants, and every single one melted down simultaneously, it wouldn't even come close to the amount of damage done to the earth and atmosphere as our coal and oil have done over the last century.

@Warcranium atomic energy is a no-go. we're getting out of it. solar and wind energy and other natural resource energy is the key. I still love the song, cos it has a cool beat and great melody.

@Warcranium I think the same thing every time I hear the lyrics..what's wrong with abortion, exactly? haha

The human race shall save the human race. Bob Marley said "none but ourselves can free our minds, have no fear for atomic energy." I love Steel Pulse but the lyrics for this song are basically anti-science or anti-progress. It's misplaced hate. Look instead at the wealthy elite and their misuse of the resources of this planet, both human and natural.
