Like those tiny little hats Kaya and Hizaki wear?
Here's a tutorial on how to make one. It's cheap, simple and... that's it.
Enjoy :D

Oh yeah. The "hat skeleton" was pre-made and given to people in our JRock club, so you'll have to make your own if you're randomly watching this. So was the firm construction paper thing. And you'll need your own sheet of felt or some other type of fabric you'd want to use.

***How to make the Hat Skeleton

Find two circle shaped objects big enough for the hat base and small enough for the top part of the hat. Trace it onto a foam board. [You can find some at Wal-Mart or Michael's] You'll also need a small poster board [Also found in Wal-Mart or Michael's]
Next cut it out of course, then trace the smaller circle shape into the middle of the circle you just cut out.
This should give you a donut circle and a smaller circle.
Okay, this part is kinda confusing.
On the small poster board measure how "TALL" you'd want the hat to be. So, the middle part of the hat, get it?
Then cut it straight across.
Now you have the "Hat Skeleton" :d

@earieknight I suppose you could use a bigger circle to cover it with so that when you fold it in it'll fold into the hat itself. Did I explain that right? xD
