I want to go on this ship. Apparently it started life as a car ferry and was later converted! What is the interior like on this ship? I hear it's due to be renovated later this year in November.

@richoverip it was very nice, been on better ships but this was still amazing and I would return on it. it was once a ferry in it's early days but then several cruise companys bought it and renovated it completely, before island cruises owned it, royal carribeian did.

we were on this ship 2 times, one week in 2007 and 2 weeks in July 2008...it was great

@tomcornwall1 my inlaws went on maiden voyage april 2002, it was filmed by the bbc for a tv series. i would like to get a copy of the show as my father in law has since passed away. my wife also went on I.E with her parents at a later date, and although took loads of video, nolonger has them due to a tenant from hell destroying or stealing them (including the player and camera) it would be really nice to see or get copies of the series if anyone has it recorded.. thankyou

OMG! It looks like an old car/passenger ferry for chavs. The interiors look cheap and nasty. Give me Royal Caribbean any day.

Very nice ship , an i dont mean anything by this but its really big enough for a "Cruise ship" Definately not for my liking mean dont get me wrong its big but ive bin on a cruise ferry pride of bilbao which isnt much smaller an theres a cruise ferry over 100ft bigger now i aint affending any of youse but ur better sailing with p&o theyve got the size luxury an a good price :)
