Good power, however, the two steps at 0:30 are meant to be large, sweeping, as this represents that the part of the kata is to be done in the dark, and you are sweeping to look for an opponent, so in reality, as soon as the second foot is done moving they should go up with the 1 legged stance. I train under the Shihan of canada

that was a GORGEOUS inside crescent kick. I shivered when I saw the synchronicity, the sharpness, and the accuracy of that kick. I could replay this video from 1:11 over and over and be happy.
