I just gotta know...HOW the HELL did you screw up your arm!? What did the stitches come from?

Hand held 3600 RPM electric body grinder, very powerful, fast results in use. Carborundum faced 12" 36g disc with backer, it caught the edge of a piece of steel while grinding, disc went shrapnel and caught my arm, the arm holding the steady handle. Boo on me, this was the second time it got me, this time much worse. Lots of gore, but I was quite lucky, the injury could have been devastating, but no permanent damage or effects. Stick to air powered disc grinders, use great caution! Best - CW
