I felt the very same thing about this movie and this INCREDIBLE and ASTOUNDING sound track by Stromberg. He SOOOO very perfectly composed music to match what was seen in the movie. It left one breathless in its depiction of horror, awesome power and wonderment.

Chilling..exhilarating...ominous...rising to a piercing crescendo !! Fantastic...when I first saw the movie this piece sent shivers down my spine. It perfectly captures a sense of horrible wonderment and impending doom. It amazing that Stromberg is able to create music that perfectly captures the exact moment when the blast goes thermo and the light morphs and then decays prior to mushrooming. Pure genius and synchronicity. This composition captures the awesome potential and dread.
