@superchargedturbo I think they offered it back then as an optional upgrade as well(?) For the current models - at least over here in Germany - you can choose it as an optional as well. Or did I miss something? O_o
Would be quite embarassing since I work at a licenced BMW car dealership, haha.

M-mode must stand for "Mom-mode" because the only person I know who doesn't know how to rev-match manually is my mom. What the hell is the point of this?

@GregWn hmm you must have drove the older one without the DCT. It matches the revs so it isnt't as jerky like the old ones were.

Doesn't look like the latest model. I'd take a guess and say it's a 2008/2009?

@el3m3nt1986 modelyear 2008 :) later models have the double-clutch gearbox which is even better.

When using gear shifting with steptronic, you don't need to release the gas when changing gears like manual transmission?

It doesn't matter, really.
In this vid my foot was off the throttle. It only rev-matches when in Manual mode.
You can brake and downshift. No problem.
