You see, the reason I must agree with you about feelings and manifestation, is because prayer to Allah in those intense emotional states bring about the same blessing.

Wow, you know a lot. But there are minor flaws, points of static. For example, if you want to go and invoke in a certain place, it should be a clean place, not a bathroom. More important is who you invoke. The difference between magic and miracle is who you invoke. For love, don't forget compassion. Compassion will transform the lower vibes of others into higher vibes. When your power is strong, it cannot be transformed into negative from someone with a hurt knee. Teach them hope.

@morningmayan Hey this is great! I know what i want! But finding it challenging in the enviroment that im in! feel like i have to take some action to get into a better feelin enviroment as im finding it difficult to practise manifesting where im at! Help!!! i know im getting there and understanding more and more, but i wanna understand NOW!! and get to work!! so Think(imagine) Feel and know that it'll Manifest??? whilst being a vibrational match before your desire becomes tangible?

I have a question. When refer to a higher frequency, what are you really referring to? Brainwaves when in beta, this is where most people are during a normal day or stressed are at frequency of 15 to 40 cycles a second. In a more calm or meditative state we enter alpha at a slower frequency at 9 to 14 cycles a second, but at a higher amplitude of electrical energy is created. And so on for for theta at 5 to 8 and delta at 2 to 3 cps. It is in these slower frequencies where we find great focus.

@yooo711 that easy - except the most important - the feeling - without the feeling even faking the feeling like an actor - that is what creates the wave that will pull in the similar wave - you have to feel it at least 16 sec-
