Thanks for your informative video. My youngest son stuck a plastic toy coin in his brother's Wii disk drive and it wouldn't read disks. With your help I was able to take it apart and take the coin out and sure enough it works just fine now. Thanks again, it was a great help.

you dont need to open the wii for modding it now you can do it with the sd card

@strongo25 No, I didn't have to remove any components. I had to see-saw the wii back and forth to get the coins in the correct slot to tilt the coins with a small screwdriver to make them fall out.

@brollers1 My little sister did the exact same thing now. Did you have to remove any components passed what was displayed in the video? How were you able to remove the coins from the drive without opening it?
