wonderfull video, truk has always amazed me as an historical episode, and as an amazing museum, not many people know the importance that the raid on that particular place had during the pacific campaign and its good to see it being highlighted. I wonder if the locals are still using old ordnance as fishing tools? saw a show where the explosions went on for days at a time after something or one initiated old munitions by fishing with it. was a problem i believe. thanks!!

I lived in Truk during the early 1980's. I dove with Clark Graham's guides. We dove about twice a day as long as I wasn't having to be working on the weather station I was building for NOAA & the Navy. Great video, thanks, Glenn Dunham, Redlands, CA

Nice footage. Shame the Aggressor always anchored on the wrecks. It caused so much damage...a relief to all that the ship has left Chuuk.
where any of those planes and ships purposely put there for reefs or are they actual wrecks????

The wrecks in the video are a result of Operation Hailstorm February 1945.
