Of course some US-Officials are part of this attack. But most of them think that it were the so called Terrorists of Al-Quaida and or Saddam Hussein. And Victor Bout was allegedly the man who delivered it to the Terrorists. Victor Bout is a patsy. Only some big guys in the World are the real perpetrators.
