The updated Wii is only a budget edition with removed GameCube Compatibility- while Sony released the PS3, PS3 Slim and the upcoming SuperSlim. Microsoft has XBOX 360, 360S, Arcade and stuff. If you complain about the DS, the PSP had 4 revisions as opposed to the DS's 3- PSP got Original, 2k, 3k, N1000 and E1000. Nintendo released DS Lite as an improvement to the design and the DSi as a major overall improvement- with DSi/3DS XL for those who dig bigger screens.

Also the " Hey it's time to watch baseball!" thing changing it with the normal TV remote, now we can set up the Wii U Gamepad to also switch channels

What's diffrent from now? Well in the video, the Wii U Gamepad Has Nintendo 3DS-ish Circle pads, now its two controll sticks like Dualshock controllers and Xbox 260 Controllers have. and the Home buttton is didn't have a light, now it does for notifications
