The way the kid uses the tone selector at the beginning of his solo is truly fantastic. The rest of the solo is none too shabby either, not overdone and certainly not over long - and that's the way to do it, leave 'em wanting more.

As far as determining what the, "name of the song," is, I'd call it, "Blues Jam in C minor." At first listen, the progression is reminiscent of, "Since I've Been Lovin' You," ala. Led Zeppelin who ripped that off from a jam done by Moby Grape. Blues...everyone rips off or borrows everyone else's progressions, licks, ideas. It's common practice and not a bad thing. i enjoy Joe's voice on this.
