We used to dive head first off those walls when i was a kid back in the early 80's,and in shallower water. Mental looking back but fun at the time. The emmits thought we were nuts,and we probably were.

Yo me and my mates been down the stack in Falmouth all day the past 3 days f*kin awesome we don't jump if it ain't deep if anyone gets hurt it's their own fault

I've been jumping in that harbour for at least 10 years and never heard of anyone hurting themselves because me and my friends do it when there is more than adequate water beneath us. I'm 6ft6 and if i can touch the bottom at greenboat then we dont jump it. If anyone hurts themselves its their own damn fault.
