Parts of manila and nearby cities were recently devastated by typhoon "ondoy" (local name) on Sept.26,2009, one of the worst typhoons that ever hit these places in recent history. the deluge brought by the typhoon lasted for several hours pouring down 100mm of rain (during the month of september manila usually gets 300mm of rain). the deluge together with the rising tide and the release of the water from the dam caused a monster flood that affected large areas of metro manila.
many people lost their lives, their homes, their precious memories and their life savings.
natural disasters do not discriminate, however, people who are in dire situations are worse of since they are short of funds to start rebuilding their lives.
it will take many days and for some many months to slowly put their lives back together again.
God created all, the Living and Non-Living things... He made it nice...for us to live well...but what we've done...we destroy it! Let's start to think and do well for our environment and for others before it's too late! And Now is the TIME!

god has nothing to do with this tragedy its GLOBAL WARMING
and who to BLAME? US....US....we create this TRAGEDY and the only people
suffer r the poor ones and poor properties.
HEAL OUR LAND ....heal our land...if government dont do nothing then no healing/
we should think why flooding getting serious and what to do if another disaster come.
I PRAY for THE PEOPLE DIED and FAMILIES left.......
