HadNuf: Peter Roskam against the vets

What is it with Roskam and the Vets? Two vets have run against him, and both times he has initiated a brutal smear campaign. His TV and Radio ads are filled with outright lies, fabrications and misleading information. And it was really hard to believe that he had the audacity to attack Tammy Duckworth and accuse her of cutting and running from Iraq. Great joke Mr. Roskam. A helicopter pilot, she lost both her legs and an arm in Iraq. And yes, she wanted to bring the troops home. That was 300 billion dollars ago. Roskam votes against the bailout, but doesn't mind spending our blood and tax dollars on the Iraq civil war. Tammy Duckworth is a hero. She ran a clean straightforward campaign. Roskam smeared her just like he is smearing Jill Morgenthaler. Jill has 30 years military experience, including ten months in Iraq and is a bronze star winner. He is lying about her credentials. But we are not lying about his record. You can check it out yourself. He votes against veteran benefits.
