2D Animation

Here are some little animations I had to do for my 2DA class.

They didn't allow a lot of personalized stuff, so I had to kinda stick to their preset idea of the animations.

okk thanks for the help. do you know anything about the toonboom animation software? im about to get it but im not sure what its all about like if it will really work the way i want. im just dying to make an animation short and i need some kind of program and some kind of stuff but i just dont know what.

Nah, sorry. I don't really know much about other animation softwares...

If you wanna do some flash animation I know that marcomedia flash mx gets the job done... xefpatterson has some tutorials on youtube here about how to use it.

heyy i live in new jersey and i was wondering if you new where i could get any good 2d animation programs and what kinds do you recomend. i want the kind where i can also draw onto the computer by my hand and it comes up on the screen do you know what im talking about lol? ...sweet hat btw

Hey there. The program we used was some weird Chinese program... the acronym was STD haha.

As for drawing by hand and it comes out on the screen? Do you have a graphics tablet? If so... you could just do it all really easily in photoshop and export your animation as a .gif Or you could save each frame and throw that into some video editing software...

I did it the old fashion way... paper and pencil.. then took a picture of each piece of paper....
