Heres a smoothie I made after a workout.
Contains:
Strawberries
Whey Protein
Milk
Bananas
All ingredients are organic.
One cup of strawberries contains over 13% of the RDA of dietary fiber . The phenols in strawberries also fight against many inflammatory disorders. One cup of strawberries contains 136% of the RDA of vitamin C.
With the bananas, if you're problems in the restroom, bananas will help restore normal bowel functions.
