Where do u solder a capacitor on a two motor symet?

@Questec338 connect to wires or pieces of metal to the negative lead on the capacitor then connect the two wires to each of the motors (one wire for each motor)

@bonejanglesg13 Ok, I would remake the solar engine (the L.E.D. should not flash), and then the motor should should move, it this doesnt help, I will help you even more until you get it :)
