  • Even if they aren't couloured blue yet, If you see some egg spots (even if the egg spots are few and very small), they are males. And also if the dorsal and the anal fin becomes colouring all of orange, they are males!

  • males are blue, if they havent colored up yet its pretty hard. Ususally the males have longer faces and more of a point at the dorsal fin
