It's actually from the unaired S1 episode "Epitaph 1" that's only included on the S1 DVD set. It's a great episode, I'd check it out.

woot, great job! i havent seen all that much of dollhouse but it is really cool, do you know if the season finale was the end of the series? because it seemed like that

Are you talking about the S1 finale? It's actually in its second season right now...though it remains to be seen if it will make it to a S3, unfortunately.
