where do you get the 50 from? I got you to the point of .30X28 + .30X70/.70

next I calculated 84 + 21/.70= 105/.70

Where did you get the 35/.70?

@2IFBySea1990 wait a sec, you might be on to something mike. Let me pull out my old notes and check this.

@2IFBySea1990 I made an error in that equation. You need to do 84 + 21 - PMT / .7 = GW
