I burned this to dvd for the whole family to enjoy. We made popcorn and sat in a circle, the kids really love this movie Fred, we looped it for 45 minutes and they cried when I turned it off.

this video is a comment on consumerist culture. The man sings the song obediently along with the false deity of Santa Claus who bears the trance-like voice of satan himself. The shopping man is falling in line with the belittling ritual of translating your love for others into material gifts. Love, bought and sold, humanity, bought and sold. The harsh contrast of the orange lighting with the blue lit background is meant to declare the opposition between consumerist culture and humanity. Bravo.
