one of them should be retuned to the correct tuning, which its in the standard tuning. you sound a note higher than standard. i agree with flatbread09

i shall tell the truth about that, i don't think you did very well on the singing and the guitars not being tuned ( both of them ) was reallllly distracting, which is what took me away i think from the singing. tune your guitar and re-record the video.

if a string is loose, that means it nis untuned.
