I want to buy gems, but I keep getting an error: "You cant purchase this item because App store is not responding. try later" I'm login in to my app store. is there any way I can buy them online and not trough my ipod?

Have you ever had such problems with other games? If yes, we would suggest connecting Apple customer care. Another option is to check whether everything works well with your internet connection.
