Dragon Puppet Wants To Help Save Katie Couric CBS News Job

Puppet Hopes To Save Katie Couric's position with CBS News by getting her to lower her voice a bit...and maybe correct her nasally speech pattern.

Yaphet The Dragon Puppet has a theory, "Change Your Voice, Change Your Life".

He has a giant crush on Katie and hopes to help her save her job...so that she will see him as her hero.

I just want o be clear...I am not a ventriloquist ( I'm not even sure I know how to spell the word) nor would I ever pretend to be. I don't know how to do that. I just love puppets...especially this one. We started out talking to kids at my church nursery...and I discovered kids really love this dragon..so we have continued talking ever since.

We've just been having a lot of fun ever since then.
