i was watchin a sports science show and they where testin the hardest hits. the american football player hit harder but the pads spread the impact, where the rugby impact was less but more direct on one spot. they said the impact from the football player was equal to that of a 35 mph car crash...so try takin that without pads...

just so people are clear (kolaset) you are aware RFC stands for rugby football club...yes football! all three are developments of the same game. Two got aggrressive and ones played by pussies!

Prothro is graet, no doubt.He would have been amazing in the NFL, but last year he broke his leg and the injury turned out to be very seriuos.I still hope he can play in one last game. ROLL TIDE!
