I do the same thing, but add some chopped briskette or rib trimmings and sometimes a sliced jalapeno. People love 'em.

This is a great idea! I'm going to try this in my Cookshack Smoker but I think I will use my own BBQ sauce recipe (for amateurs, of course). I wonder how smoked chili would taste...
